“Creativity is an amazing Journey”
I have enjoyed a varied artistic career, which has included designing trade show exhibits, creating architectural presentation drawings and house portraits, painting theatre sets, teaching, and illustrating two books for children.
As a founding member of the vibrant artist collective, UpTown Gallery, in Waterloo, Ontario, I explored a variety of painting styles and media. Now I am most pleased to be part of Quartet Gallery, in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia where the beauty of Lunenburg County is transforming my creative expression once again.
You will have noticed that my work reveals itself in many styles and subject matter. I just like to try it all! Architecture, the introduction of sculptural elements to the two dimensional canvas, and the exploration in colour and light of the beauty around me continue to be a focus.
